Oxygen Generation Plant
Trident Oxygen Generation Plant works on PSA Technology. This technology is shared with our company by DRDO, an Indian Government entity..In this method, atmospheric air is converted into medical grade Oxygen with a purity level of (+ or – 93%) through a series of dryers and filters.
Benefits of running the machine
It is very simple to operate and monitor so that does not require any human intervention.
After installing the plant, dependency on other forms of oxygen such as Cylinders and Liquid Oxygen will be reduced.
It is also cost effective to produce oxygen through this plant.
For e.g., a D-type cylinder costs around ₹350-₹400 in the open market before the pandemic and costs up to ₹2000 during the pandemic.
Whereas, the production cost and the maintenance cost of manufacturing the equivalent capacity with the machine is only ₹85-₹90.
Payback time of the investment will be within 1.5-2years.
Life of the machine on an average usage is up to 10 years. And it may last longer based on the usage.
